About this project

Jeanie is a clienteling CRM for luxury retail, multi-tenant across companies, their stores and their sales associates. Most retail CRMs are built for head office and handed down to the shop floor, where an associate loses the sale hunting through five screens. Jeanie inverts that: every screen answers who to message next and what to say. Money Mode goes furthest - it ranks each associate's own client book by who is most likely to buy today, and drafts the opening message for them.

The challenge

The hardest constraint was not technical: every feature had to justify itself against the associate's time on the floor, and whole flows were cut because Money Mode could remove the tap. Generated messages only ever write from real order history and notes, since one invented purchase destroys trust permanently. And a send is not repeatable once it goes out, so messaging at scale had to be right the first time.
